I've recently started going into the Alfies and really love the place. It has lovely staff who are always friendly and smiling. Whilst I have only ever eaten a sandwich there I think the food is great - the sandwiches are huge and have an amasing dressing.
My friends and I head there most friday evenings for a quick drink and enjoy the fact that we can normally get a seat and here each other talk.
I'd recomend it to anyone looking for something more than cheap doubles and deathening music.
